Research on the system construction of the continuing education for the physical education teacher
Abstract:
In order to train excellent physical education
teachers, promote the reform of school physical education and speed up to train
sports talents at all levels, we research and analyze the status and
development of teacher continuing education, construct the theoretical system
framework of the teacher continuing education in the physical education
institutes based on the theoretical analysis, exploration, and analyzing the
major factor of teacher continuing education, combining the current status of
the continuing education in physical education institutes to sketched out the
basic framework for the continuing education in physical education institutes,
thus ensure the systematic development of the continuing education in physical
education institutes.
